Dr. Shonda Bailey is a licensed and certified doctor of audiology. She is the head of our Clinical Audiology Department at care center #15. Dr. Bailey graduated cum laude from the University of Kansas in 1998 with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language and Hearing. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2001 with a Master of Arts in Audiology. In 2008, she earned her Doctorate in Audiology, graduating summa cum laude from Salus University. Dr. Bailey is licensed to practice audiology in Florida, Kansas and Missouri.
She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA). In addition to her experience in ENT offices, she has practiced in a variety of clinical settings, including the V.A. hospital, a pediatric hospital and the school district.
Throughout her career, she has developed an exceptional background in hearing device dispensing and fitting. Dr. Bailey prides herself on prioritizing quality patient care, relationship building and patient satisfaction. Her patients have frequently commended her for her wide range of knowledge and her ability to make complex information easy to understand.
