Dr. Peter Volsky delivers the highest-quality care to adults and children for all problems related to the ear. His practice emphasis is on the diagnosis and management of all disorders of hearing, balance, and facial nerve dysfunction; he performs surgery for chronic ear disease, middle ear reconstruction, otosclerosis surgery, cochlear implants, and multidisciplinary management of skull base tumors including vestibular schwannoma (acoustic neuroma). He is board-certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery with fellowship credentials in the sub-specialty area of Otology and Neurotology.

Dr. Volsky is fluent in Spanish and English. He participates in Baptist Health multidisciplinary head and neck, neurological, and melanoma tumor and oncological conferences. Since 2007, he has published and presented research at numerous national and international meetings, and is a peer reviewer for the publications Otology & Neurotology and Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. He is a member of the American Cochlear Implant Alliance, American Neurotology Society, Triological Society, and American Academy of Otolaryngology (AAO-HNS/F). Beyond the office and operating room, Dr. Volsky supports global health initiatives and served the AAO-HNS/F Humanitarian Efforts Committee.

Dr. Volsky was born in Miami, completed secondary education at Belen Jesuit high school, and graduated with honors from Duke University. He earned his medical degree at the University of Virginia and graduated a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society. He completed internship and residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School and was honored by receiving the Medical Staff Award for Outstanding Chief Surgical Resident. He completed a fellowship in Otology and Neurotology with Pittsburgh Ear Associates.
