Karimar Nathaly Salas Rivas, APRN, FNP, is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with specialized expertise in Otolaryngology (ENT), providing comprehensive care to both pediatric and adult patients. Her clinical background includes more than ten years of combined medical, surgical, and advanced nursing experience in the diagnosis and management of ear, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions.

Internationally trained as a physician, Karimar earned her Doctor of Medicine degree and completed a postgraduate specialization in Otorhinolaryngology, including residency training at a tertiary care hospital in Venezuela. She later advanced her career in the United States by earning her nursing degree and completing a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. This dual foundation allows her to integrate medical and nursing perspectives into safe, evidence-based ENT care.

Karimar performs in-office ENT procedures, manages acute and chronic conditions, and collaborates closely with ENT physicians to ensure continuity of care. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is deeply committed to compassionate, culturally sensitive, and patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs.
