Dr. Nelson R. Gruszczynski is a board-certified Otolaryngologist at South Florida ENT Associates, dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. Originally from Montreal, he earned his medical degree from the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine after graduating summa cum laude from Yeshiva University. He completed his Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery residency at the University of Virginia, training across all major ENT subspecialties - including facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, sinus and skull base surgery, pediatric ENT, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, and head and neck cancer. Guided by the principle “The needs of the patient come first,” he combines clinical excellence with compassionate care. He is also active in ENT research and professional societies, with multiple peer-reviewed publications.

Dr. Nelson R. Gruszczynski is a skilled Otolaryngologist dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered ENT care at South Florida ENT Associates. A native of Montreal, he graduated summa cum laude from Yeshiva University with degrees in Biology and Religious Studies before earning his medical degree at Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine. He then completed a rigorous Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery residency at the University of Virginia, where he trained under nationally recognized leaders across all ENT subspecialties, including facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, sinus and skull base surgery, pediatric ENT, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, and head and neck cancer.

Fluent in English, French, and Hebrew, Dr. Gruszczynski brings a globally informed, compassionate approach to each patient encounter. His care philosophy is deeply influenced by the Mayo Clinic principle: “The needs of the patient come first.” He treats a broad range of conditions, from sinus disease and sleep apnea to vocal disorders, hearing loss, and aesthetic facial rejuvenation.
