Provider Biography

A native of Miami, Fl., Dr. Fernandez began his medical education at the University of Miami in 1988, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and graduated Summa Cum Laude. After obtaining his BS, he went on to receive his medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Fernandez continued at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX where he completed a two-year internship in General Surgery and a four-year residency in Otolaryngology.

Board-certified in Otolaryngology, Dr. Fernandez also holds professional memberships with the following associations:
